"Until you see The Light, keep walking"

Gratitude: A Practice For The Soul

Allah’s blessings surround us—the food we eat, the water we drink, even the car we drive. Yet there are subtler blessings we often overlook, like our eyesight and the steady rhythm of our heartbeat. It is easy to forget being grateful to Allah when we are constantly pursuing more everyday. Allah said in the Quran

And ˹remember˺ when your Lord proclaimed, ‘If you are grateful, I will certainly give you more. But if you are ungrateful, surely My punishment is severe.’” (Surah Ibrahim: 7)

Being grateful for everything that Allah has provided us with is an important step in your spiritual journey or else all those blessings might be taken away.

🌅 The 5 Minute Morning

Every morning after Fajr whenever you wake up, sit on your prayer mat or bed, close your eyes and think about every blessing given to you and then whisper Alhamdulillah/ الحمد لله

Do this everyday.

Yes, every single day. Don’t think about the consequences. Just do it. After doing this for a couple of days, iblees is going to put all kinds of thoughts in your mind to stop you from doing it.

BUT, keep going on!

DON’T STOP!
