Being gifted with five prayers in an early age seems a bit odd, you don’t have to work hard enough and you still get all Salahs.
Easy, right?
Too easy but we humans like Allah mentions are not thankful of what we have and we want what we don’t have.
So let’s take the example of Zaid, who was given a gift many yearn to have but Zaid not being thankful of it, one day thought what stops him from being cool and popular in his Universty?
Iblees waiting for the opportunity for years, eventually found it and with his ways whispered, Salah!
Zaid slowly lost his love for salah and became what we wanted to be. Six months in to his new found land, in the darkness of the night, while pondering over the last months asked himself “At what cost?”
“At what cost did I get popular and cool?”
The cost, simply, was losing his closeness to Allah!
Are you willing to take that cost?
