How To Read The Quran Everyday

One of the most important habit you can have as a Muslim is to read the Quran everyday, preferably after Fajr. It is mentioned in the Quran: أَقِمِ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ لِدُلُوكِ ٱلشَّمۡسِ إِلَىٰ غَسَقِ ٱلَّیۡلِ وَقُرۡءَانَ ٱلۡفَجۡرِۖ إِنَّ قُرۡءَانَ ٱلۡفَجۡرِ كَانَ مَشۡهُودࣰا﴿ ٧٨ ﴾Establish worship at the going down of the sun until the dark of… Continue reading

My Favourite Poem from the Diwan of Imam Al-Shafi
Imam Shafi is one of the most well known scholars in Islamic history and is one of the founders of the four madhahib. His father sent him to a bedouin tribe to learn Arabic, which was common is Baghdad in those days. I am roughly translating one my favourite qasida’s from his diwan. Droplets of… Continue reading

Refutation (1) To Sub Reddit: Ex-Muslim Post
